  14.     This contents of this archive will update a working installation of
  15.     HydraBBS V1.10 to V1.11.
  16.  
  17.     This release adds a new version of HBBSMultiTop - The worlds
  18.     most powerful multi stat generator, it now creates conftop screens!
  19.  
  20.     It also makes the system more stable, a few minor bugs have been
  21.     fixed in Control, Node, Check_Files and the shared libraries.
